    租寓(Zuyou/Zuker)：房屋出租平台暨租賃管理系統

    • 曾經擔任資訊部門主管，成員共 4 人，以全遠端形式與公司 40 人團隊合作，持續開發新功能、優化內部流程、提高網站流量。(目前因公司改組，工程師只剩我一人)
    • 我負責規劃房客可完成全套租屋手續的雙語平台，並於管理端提供房東、房東助手分工協作管理。
    • 我曾接手外包團隊的程式，解決不堪使用的效能並調整架構。
    • 避免前後端分離，導入 Rails 前端生態系 (相關升級筆記) & esbuild，採用最適合小團隊的開發方式。
    • AppWorks 加速器第 12 屆。

    Polish Design：磨人創意網路有限公司

    創業成立接案公司。我負責所有後端工程、伺服器部署，也主導多個網站的功能規劃，並導入自動化測試，及協助部分前端工程。

    • 重點案例：
      1. 遊戲橘子集團 絕對武力 官方網站：負責專案管理、後端 API 協調及部分前端工程。
        • 我負責與遊戲橘子內部 MIS 制定後台操作邏輯及後端 Api，並設定 Postman mock server 方便夥伴一同開發。
        • 工程部分我與前端夥伴協作開發。
      2. 四合願 時間拖延器 上市暖身網站：
        • 此網站為小遊戲，因此我透過 GTM 客製化搜集數據，方便客戶行銷部門透過數字理解使用者投入時間、遊戲過程數據。
      3. Wassup 貓砂 購物網站：
        • 前端為 Rails SSR 混搭 Vue.js 製作。
        • 自動化測試包含全站購物邏輯，Vue.js 的部分以 Capybara 測試。
        • 購物功能上我設計了可彈性發貨的不固定頻率訂閱方案，提升客戶回購率並讓公司現金流更健康。

    跨境物流管理系統

    • 創造一B2B物流管理系統，解決原本無法按時出貨的窘境。
    • 採用現代化的網站架構，節省了 90% 的系統費用。
    • 系統邏輯基於原本作業流程，所有員工無痛上手。

Experience

    Zuker: international house rental platform Zuker

    • Created a house rental platform to manage international rentals.
    • Communicated with a remote team of 10 people to develop an efficient rental management system.
    • Reduced the development cost with automated tests by using Minitest and Capybara.
    • Developed the front end with small frames to make them responsive, easy to cache, and can be load on demand.
    • Adopted modern Rails setup (related post) to maximize developing efficiency.
    • Improved the efficiency of accounting flows significantly with spreadsheet generators.

    Polish Design: freelance agency Polish Design

    1. Rebuilt the Counter-Strike Online official website for the Gamania Group.
      • Negotiated with product owners to ensure all requirements are met under great developer experiences.
      • Designed APIs to support the new website while also compatible with the legacy data.
      • Developed the front end and animations.
    2. Delaytimer: warm up marketing for a new mobile app by Fourdesire.
      • Analyzed the user sessions with Google Tag Manager to prove we have exceed the client's expectations.
      • Improved attendees engagement of the online demo day with APIs built on AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
    3. Wassup: E-commerce
      • Implemented a flexible and refundable subscription service which increases customer retention to the next level.
      • Collaborated with a Vue.js developer to provide excellent user experiences under minimum cost, also tested with Capybara to deliver high quality results.

    Logistic management system

    • Improved the work efficiency with customs brokers from few days to few hours.
    • Integrated with the current workflow seamlessly and saved 90% cost compared to general industry solutions.
